From the app
It’s the fastest way, and it happens right away:
- Open Streakode and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. It’s your last chance to change your mind.
What gets deleted
Everything, and it can’t be undone:
- Your account: email and password.
- Your profile: name, title, picture and friend code.
- Your XP, coins and streaks.
- Your games and your lesson progress.
- Your friendships and requests, which also disappear from your friends’ lists.
- The error reports you sent.
- The notification identifiers of your phones: you stop getting the daily reminders.
If you sign up again with the same email, you start from scratch.
If you no longer have the app
Write to us from the email you used to create the account and we’ll delete it for you. We’ll let you know by email when it’s done.
Uninstalling the app doesn’t delete your account: it only removes the copy your phone kept. To delete your data, follow one of the two ways above.
